Low temperature
Ecochillers low temperature chillers are manufactured to the highest quality standards, these chillers can be air cooled and water cooled with capacities ranging from 5 tons to 600 tons of cooling.
To withstand the low temperatures, Glycol (ethylene glycol, propylene glycol) is used in the chiller to prevent freezing, since this equipment operates at temperatures from -10 to -40°C.
Low temperature chillers have to comply with certain characteristics of components, which must be of high quality to withstand the industrial processes in which they operate, such as:
Semihermetic Compressor, Screw Compressor, Glycol, Refrigerant 404 for low temperature, Electronic Expansion Valve, Low Pressure Sensors, Variable Speed Drives for Compressors and Fans.
Optional food grade secondary Plate Heat Exchanger can be included depending on the process.
