Warranty Period
All equipment 25 tons or less are warranted for 1 year on parts.

The combination of heating and cooling elements in a unit have the same warranty period, when starting the unit, both elements (cooling and heating) should be tested to verify the correct operation of the unit.
ECOCHILLERS WARRANTY
The Warranty Exclusions are:
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by transportation.
- The warranty does not include the replacement of parts when they have been damaged as a result of loading, unloading and/or installation of the units, as well as improper service practices.
- Warranty coverage does not apply when the equipment is operated in corrosive environments, with inadequate power supply, and/or water or fuel flows outside the specified ranges for the unit.
- The warranty coverage does not cover freeze damage to plate and/or shell and tube evaporators and water cooled condensers.
- The warranty does not cover the replacement of damaged parts caused by improper selection and/or installation of the product.
- The warranty will not be effective if the unit is installed and/or repaired by unqualified and/or unauthorized personnel.
- The warranty does not cover fuses, belts, light bulbs, flow switches, filters and other elements whose normal wear and tear due to the operation of the equipment is damaged.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by meteorological phenomena and/or earthquakes, floods, etc.
- Altering, removing, and/or falsifying the unit serial data from the data plate will void the warranty.
