Orange Juice Chillers
Miguel Salinas of Ecochillers, I want to share this project that was installed in Alamo Veracruz, which we were pleased to develop, we installed 2 equipment connected in parallel at low temperature, these work at -17°C to be able to have the orange juice in frozen flakes for export.
1 ULTRA Chiller of 225 tons and 1 Ultra Chiller of 150 tons nominal capacity, manufactured with high efficiency screw type compressors each with variable speed drive, shell and tube heat exchanger, voltage 460-3-60.
We were able to freeze 22,000 liters of natural orange juice in 1 hour, from 10ºC to -17ºC, stored in stainless steel tanks ready to be packed and loaded into refrigerated containers for export.
We achieve the best efficiency and capacity thanks to the technology of Carlyle Paragon Screw compressors, each with VFD, working in partial loads from 60 to 50 HZ, efficient unloading with sliding capacity valves, R404 refrigerant special for low temperature, 100% aluminum microchannel condensers, Carel controllers.
Equipment installed in Alamo Veracruz, we have coverage throughout Mexico and Central and South America.
